Season Opener: Members’ Reception and Opera Under the Stars

About the reception

Before the music begins, we invite our members and their guests to a pre-concert reception with light refreshments. This gathering is our way of thanking our members for their support of the Palm Springs Opera Guild. After the reception, you will take your seats in the section reserved for Guild members.

Your complimentary tickets

Your membership includes the following for this event:

• Studente: 1 concert ticket (the reception is not included)
• Professore, Solo, and Andante: the reception and 1 concert ticket
• Duet and Allegro: the reception and 2 concert tickets
• Ensemble: the reception and up to 3 concert tickets
• Allegretto: the reception and 3 concert tickets (2 members and 1 guest)
• Crescendo: the reception and 4 concert tickets (2 members and 2 guests)
• Bravissimo: the reception and 6 concert tickets (2 members and 4 guests)

Additional guests

Members may add up to 2 additional guests for $95 per person. The fee covers the reception and a concert ticket in the members’ section. Additional guests are not available with the Studente level. Other guests who are not attending the reception can purchase concert tickets on Eventbrite.

Picking up your tickets

Tickets for your party are held under the member’s last name. Reception guests receive their tickets at reception check-in, which opens at 4:45pm. Everyone else, including Studente members and included guests who are not attending the reception, can pick up tickets at the Palm Springs Opera Guild will-call table at the West Gate, which opens at 6:00pm.

Arrival

All guests enter through the West Gate. Complimentary valet parking is available in the West parking lot. Guests who need accessibility accommodations may request them at the East Gate.
