Opera in the Schools

Opera in the Schools
Expands to Two Districts!

We’re thrilled to kick off the new school year with SING!, our Opera in the Schools program returning to Palm Springs Unified School District and Desert Sands Unified School District.

Now in its second year, SING! continues to bring high-quality, live opera directly into school assemblies, building on its success and deepening student engagement.

This year, the program expands to a five-week schedule, increasing both its reach and the time available to connect with students.

From September 14 through September 25 in Palm Springs Unified and from April 12 through May 7 in Desert Sands Unified, students will experience a dynamic production designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and a lasting appreciation for the performing arts.

In total, SING! will engage more than 15,000 students, expanding access to arts education and creating a meaningful, lasting impact across communities throughout the Coachella Valley.
